Privacy policy

This policy applies to Jumpy the Tomato mobile game builds distributed or tested by Crafter Dragon.

Information processed

The game does not require a Crafter Dragon account. Depending on the distributed build and your device settings, advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, and app-store services may process device model, operating system, app version, language, country or approximate location derived from IP address, advertising identifier, gameplay events, session duration, ad interactions, diagnostics, and crash information.

Advertising and consent

Ad-supported builds may use third-party advertising services to deliver, limit, and measure ads. Where required, a consent choice will be requested before personalized advertising or related tracking. You can also limit or reset advertising identifiers through device settings. A future paid or ad-free option may reduce advertising processing but does not remove necessary app-store or security processing.

Purchases

If in-app purchases become available, payment and transaction details are processed by the relevant app store. Crafter Dragon may receive purchase status, product identifier, country, and technical receipt information needed to provide or restore the purchase, but does not receive your full payment-card details.

Use and sharing

Information is used to operate and improve the game, diagnose failures, understand gameplay balance, prevent fraud, deliver and measure advertising, provide purchases, and meet legal obligations. Data may be processed by app stores and the advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, and hosting providers enabled in the distributed build. Crafter Dragon does not sell personal information.

Children

The game is designed for a broad audience and is not intended to ask children for names, contact details, photos, microphone recordings, or precise location. Age-related advertising and consent rules are applied where required by the distribution platform and applicable law. Parents or guardians may contact us about a child’s information.

Retention, security, and rights

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above or as required by service providers and law. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection. Some device-level or advertising data must be managed directly through device, app-store, or provider privacy controls.
