Privacy policy

Treasure Map is an upcoming map-based discovery and filtering application. It is not currently available as a public interactive service.

Current data practices

Because the application has not launched, Treasure Map does not currently collect accounts, search history, saved places, lists, device location, precise location, routes, contacts, or other personal information through a dedicated product.

Location and map information

A future version may offer optional map positioning, searches, saved filters, favorites, and personal lists. If introduced, location access will be requested through the device or browser permission system and the policy will explain whether location is processed only on the device or sent to a service. Precise location will not be collected before the user is informed and any legally required permission is obtained.

Third-party map services

Future releases may rely on map, geocoding, routing, place-information, or hosting providers. Such providers may process IP address, requested map area, search terms, coordinates, device information, and usage events under their own terms. The providers actually enabled will be identified before public release.

Future accounts and analytics

If accounts, cloud synchronization, sharing, analytics, or advertising are introduced, this policy will be updated before those features process information. Users will be told what is required, what is optional, how long information is retained, and how it can be deleted.
